Which countries are accepted for shipping?
Accepted countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

*Please note that shipments to Switzerland are exclusively available without tracking numbers.

How should the address be formatted for shipping?
The delivery address must be for a flat or private residence with a visible letterbox. If the address is for a building, please specify the floor number and door number. The name on the address should be the genuine name of the recipient. We do not deliver to hotels, businesses, or universities. We also ship to PO boxes and Packstations (refer to the Packstation address example below for further information). If you have any queries, please contact our support team. For tracked deliveries, it is advised to include a telephone number.

Where do we ship from?
Shipments are dispatched from the city of Barcelona / Spain, originating from strategically chosen locations to ensure secure and prompt deliveries, whilst utilising the most premium products.

What are the different shipping options and their features offered by your company?
We offer three shipping options to meet your requirements:

Standard Mail Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 working days.
Permitted weight: From 1 gram up to 50 grams.
This option is safe but not the fastest compared to other options we offer and has no tracking number.

Fast Tracked Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days.
Permitted weight: Starting from 10 grams.
This shipping includes tracking, providing you with more control over your parcel. It provides faster delivery than Standard Mail Delivery and guarantees secure delivery.

What if the package does not arrive?
In the event that, after conducting the necessary investigations, we determine that your order has indeed been lost or has not reached you due to errors not caused by an incorrect address submission, please be assured that you will not lose your money. We will arrange for a reshipment of the entire order at no additional cost to you.

What happens if I receive an empty package?
If the contents of your package have been stolen, physically inspect the package to ensure that it is not empty before taking possession of it. If it is empty, do not accept it. If the tracking status indicates "Delivered", we will assume that you have accepted the package and its contents. Therefore, to be covered by our guarantee, you must not accept any package that you can physically verify is empty.
